  An absolutely delightful and stress-free moving day!
  
  From the first phone call for a quote, Sue (in the office) was super friendly and genuine, ensuring I received a fair fixed price quote within 30 mins of a phone call. The custom quote (taking into account furniture I did and didn't have) was received within 15 for an extremely reasonable price - especially for a fixed quote. I booked straight away as Per Hour removalists I had used in the past tended to be pricey and far less efficient.
  
  Sue went above and beyond for me ensuring I had boxes and giving me helpful tips to pack and be ready for moving day!
  
  Neil and his offsider arrived promptly on the dot. Full of energy, no stuffing around - after an organisational chat, they jumped straight in and were super quick but careful in loading fragile items. This allowed me to kick my feet up and stress far less than I usually do.
  
  Once in the new place, Neil's communication, in regards to placement (and even installation) of my furniture, was outstanding. With some suggestions for better layouts, he even moved larger items for me a couple times to ensure I was happy and as settled as possible before they left.
  
  Previous companies have tended to take a slower pace and not really followed instruction. Smaller local businesses like Ausmotion truly work hard for their dollar and provide and exceptional customer service. These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I would not hesitate for a second to book them again.
